StitchStoneCards is run by one collector, Carlos, and a few links on the site help cover the cost of running it. Here is exactly how that works so you always know what you are clicking.

eBay Partner Network

StitchStoneCards is a participant in the eBay Partner Network, an affiliate program that lets us earn a small commission when you buy something on eBay after clicking one of our links. The commission comes out of eBay’s end. It does not raise the price you pay, and it does not change which cards we feature or how we describe them.

My own listings

Some of the links on this site, especially the “shop my cards” links and any “for sale” tags in the collection, point to my own eBay listings. When a link goes to a card I am personally selling, the money goes to me as the seller. I will always make it clear when a card is one of mine versus a general marketplace search.

Other affiliate links

From time to time we may link to other retailers, grading services, or tools through their affiliate programs. The same rule applies: a commission never costs you extra, and it never buys a better review.

Editorial independence

Recommendations on this site reflect my honest opinion as a collector. If I say a box is worth opening or a card is overpriced, it is because I believe it, not because of a payout. When I am wrong, I update the post.

Not financial advice

Trading cards are a hobby first. Anything written here about prices, values, or “investing” is opinion and entertainment, not financial advice. Card values go down as well as up. Buy what you love and only spend what you can afford.
